Terms of Service

1. The service
TwiDi connects riders, eaters and senders with independent drivers, vendors and couriers across Greater Accra. TwiDi provides the platform; transport and delivery are performed by independent partners.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ to hold an account. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
3. Fares & payment
Fares are quoted upfront and honoured unless the route materially changes, in which case metered pricing applies at the quoted surge. Payment is by cash, Mobile Money, TwiDi Cash balance, or an authorised business account. Tips go 100% to drivers.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel before pickup; repeated late cancellations may attract a fee shown at the time of cancelling. Drivers may cancel where a pickup is unsafe or the PIN cannot be verified.
5. The PIN
Trips begin only when the rider’s PIN is entered by the driver. Never share your PIN except with your assigned driver at pickup.
6. Conduct & safety
No harassment, no weapons, helmets required on Okada/Pragya. We may suspend accounts that put riders, drivers or the platform at risk.
7. Cargo services
Tipper, Water and Pickup bookings are for lawful goods only, within stated load limits. The booker is responsible for accurate load details and site access.
8. Liability
TwiDi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
